Returns Policy


If you have any queries, comments or problems with your order, please send us an email at returns@back2fitness.co. We have outlined our returns policy below, but if you have any further questions or would like to return your order, do get in touch.


Digital Products


You can cancel your digital order within 14 days of purchase as long as you have not activated your account. Following the link on the account confirmation e-mail automatically activates your digital order. If you want to cancel your order, you must do so before logging in with the first-time login link. We will then be able to offer a full refund for your digital products.


Physical Products


If you have already logged in and commenced the digital services, you may still be able to cancel or return your Silver or Gold package physical goods within 14 days of delivery. Your overall purchase would then revert to a Bronze package, and we will provide a refund for the total cost of purchase minus the cost of the digital products.


Returning Goods


We will happily cover the cost of any returns by standard postal delivery. We just ask you to provide a proof of postage, and include your dispatch note when returning any physical products. Returns must be received by the Back2Fitness team within 14 days of cancellation.

Returns policy is not applicable to Prep Perfect or other external suppliers included on our site. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.
