We’re going global!
Regular blog readers will, by now, know about the Back2Fitness programme and all the benefits it can deliver for those looking to regain their lost fitness and achieve their body goals.
What you may not know however, is that we are able to create bespoke programmes which utilise the concept of our core programme, but adapt it to fit specific circumstances.
One such bespoke programme has recently been developed for global packaging specialists, LINPAC. With a focus on wellbeing of its staff, the global organisation wanted to offer its employees the opportunity to get into shape.
Excited to be involved with a programme which would see Back2Fitness make its way to European countries including Poland, Belarus, Germany and Belgium, from the outset it was clear that the programme would need to be adapted slightly if it was to work in these new areas.
The main change I had to make was around exercise. The core programme assumes followers will have regular access to a gym and be familiar with working out in a gym setting. From the off, Vice President of Sales, Adam Barnett who was keen on bringing Back2Fitness to his workforce, was clear that some of the LINPAC staff using the revised programme, would not have gym access and that the programme had to take this into account.
With the Back2Fitness programme based around working out efficiently and eating the right foods, it was clear that I needed to find a solution that would cater to all the LINPAC staff.
The solution was TRX suspension training for those with limited access to gyms. Easy to set up and taking up little space, this set of pulleys was an ideal solution which also offered a complete workout. From cardio to strength training, users were able to use their body weight for a workout that was challenging and when done right, would deliver results.
Representing a range of ages, with varying goals, 60 of LINPAC’s staff followed the 12-week programme, and the results were impressive…
· Kay Vathauer reduced body fat by 2%
· Rene Dworak lost 4kg in six weeks
· Barbara Wasilek shed 11.5kg
· Paul Rawlings stripped away 7.8kg of fat and gained 1.6kg of lean muscle
With 60 of its staff having now experienced the Back2Fitness way, LINPAC is already a fitter, leaner place to work.
