Join us for a Back2Fitness Seminar!

The team here at Back2Fitness are pleased to announce some exciting news! Over the next few weeks, we will be hosting three different types of interactive seminars. The seminars will give Back2Fitness users the opportunity to learn more about the transformation plan and a chance to meet the team behind the programme.

Our first seminar, aka the ‘giveaway’ seminar, will provide educational tips and advice and will give back to those that have invested in the Back2Fitness programme. 10 out of all of our gold package users will be selected at random to attend the seminar and have a meet and greet with our Ambassador and rugby legend Neil Back MBE, nutritional advisor Jack Baker and myself. During the seminar, you’ll be able to experience a session with us and get quality nutritional information from Jack. We’ll be there to fully explain the programme, provide tips on form for those trickier movements and to answer any queries that you may have. We’ll also provide a tasty (and healthy) complimentary lunch!

The corporate seminar will focus on the importance of wellness and productivity at work and will allow employees to engage in a team building exercise. These can be bespoke to your business depending on the requirements of the company. We’re also more than happy to travel to your location, if you’re keen to get involved!

To mark the beginning of the RBS 6 Nations, we have been keeping an eye on those that have purchased gold packages from the first whistle of the opening game. The first 10 to checkout will be invited to attend a 6 Nations seminar and join us to watch a game at a local pub! Of course, this one will be different to the previous two as there will be a 6 Nations focus but if you have any specific queries, we’ll be more than happy to answer.
