Another amazing transformation, another Back2Fitness success story!

If you are wondering whether the Back2Fitness programme really works, then look no further than 42-year-old engineer, Carl Newham.

Carl, who is 6’ 2”, has achieved incredible results. Thanks to the programme he has lost 2” off his waist, hit his target weight goal of 86kg and achieved all-over increased muscle mass.

Before starting the programme, Carl was already working with a trainer at the gym and though putting in the time, was not seeing the results he wanted - namely to add muscle mass.

Upon starting the plan, it became clear to Carl where he’d been going wrong in the past – his nutrition simply wasn’t right.

Throughout the 12-week plan, Carl was properly educated on the right foods to eat for his body to train effectively and repair itself. Sam Yassin

With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and coming from the country’s most elite sporting town, Loughborough, Sam Yassin is an experienced strength and conditioning coach. He is a member of the UKSCA and is currently working towards his full accreditation. Having passed his examination and LTAD (Long-term Athletic Development) case study, he is well on his way to becoming a gold standard S&C coach. Sam has long been involved in the sporting world, having competed in a wide range of sports from a young age, despite being born with bilateral talipes and having had more than 5 lower body surgeries. In his final year of university, he gained valuable insight into what it takes to be part of a professional team as he interned at Leeds United Football Club as a strength and conditioning coach.
