Another amazing transformation, another Back2Fitness success story!

If you are wondering whether the Back2Fitness programme really works, then look no further than 42-year-old engineer, Carl Newham.

Carl, who is 6’ 2”, has achieved incredible results. Thanks to the programme he has lost 2” off his waist, hit his target weight goal of 86kg and achieved all-over increased muscle mass.

Before starting the programme, Carl was already working with a trainer at the gym and though putting in the time, was not seeing the results he wanted - namely to add muscle mass.

Upon starting the plan, it became clear to Carl where he’d been going wrong in the past – his nutrition simply wasn’t right.

Throughout the 12-week plan, Carl was properly educated on the right foods to eat for his body to train effectively and repair itself. He also learned how much he needed to eat to train as well as when to eat. Now Carl’s diet is a balanced mix of macronutrients (protein, carbs and good fats), which sees him regularly tucking into rump steak, high protein pasta and unlimited green vegetables.

Like many men his age, Carl needed a solution that worked for his lifestyle. Often pulling in 50 hours a week in his full-on job, Back2Fitness was perfect for Carl as it provided a complete fitness and nutrition plan, without him having to think too hard about what to eat and when to train.

As a gold package subscriber, Carl had access to the plan and the online video library, ensuring he could check how each exercise should be done, meaning he could nail it when he hit the gym.

Besides a ripped body, Carl has also seen an unexpected benefit of the programme – a boosted immune system.

With his body getting everything it needs to work effectively, Carl, who following a bout of glandular fever in his early twenties has been blighted with low-level health issues, is now healthier than ever, brimming with energy and even sleeping better.

Catching up with Carl, he told me: “I’m thrilled with the results, the changes I have made are for life and the programme has worked to educate me on what I need to put in my body to help it perform as I want it to.”

So pleased with his results, Carl is continuing with the programme, though has adapted it slightly to suit his current weight and shape.
